Experiencia negativa: Jay Brown withheld inspection information until after we had already had our own inspection done and the inspection found that the owner had fabricated having all sorts of work completed, work that would cost over 100K to fix to live in. JB refused to return Due Diligence money that was given at the time of the contract. Very shady and dishonest! House is once again under contract.

Experiencia negativa: We contacted Jay Brown about the upcoming need for a realtor to list two of our homes. When he called back he appeared full of excitement and promises. Jay stated he would ride by and look at them and call back that afternoon. Several days later....after no call or email follow-up, we emailed him back for an update...he never showed us the courtesy of a response. We concluded that he had more business than he needed and didn’t need ours. And if that was an indication of how Jay does business, it was clear Jay Brown Realty wasn’t who we needed to sell our houses. We were raised to believe that a man (or woman) is only as good as their word. There are too many great realtors in the Hickory area that do what they say they are going to do...so call someone else...we did!!
