Experiencia fantástica: When my husband and I decided to look for a lake house on Lake Hickory I started with the “Friends of Lake Hickory” post on FB. I saw one we were interested in but wasn’t sure how to proceed. I remembered that my friend Michelle Impagliazzo (whose mother sold us our first house in Hickory 42 years ago) was a realtor so I contacted her. We visited house #1. We were quickly outbid. Next was house #2. We made a bid on it but were outbid. By this time Michelle had spent hours with us. She was undeterred and very positive.
