Within a day, Steve came to our home and we created a plan to get the house sold. Experiencia fantástica: Look for further for an awesome experience! I’m not one to normally write reviews but Steve Nassar and Taylor Racek made selling our first home so smooth and easy. The level of detail and quality they brought to the sell was more than we expected. From the neat brochures, the solar light on the for sale sign so it could be seen at night, the 3D images of the inside and outside of the home, and even drone photos of the surrounding area! I really think these plus their professionalism is what sold our house so quickly. I was dreading an open house with us having an elderly dog and an infant, but it could not have been easier. Steve and Taylor provided great input on staging tips and what upgrades to do or not to do to boost the value of our home. We had a pretty unique buyer but the situation was completely pain-free. We moved out of state before the house was closed. Steve and Taylor helped us set up house cleaners and landscapers as well as a notary. It was the easiest process we could have ever asked for. If we are ever back in Oregon, we will for sure be looking for their help!
