Jill Saucedo Real Estate | HomeSmart Realty Group

Experiencia fantástica: Jill made for a very smooth and easy transaction. Very well managed and communication was superb. Very easy to talk to and straight forward. Definitely look forward to another one with her.

Experiencia fantástica: Jill has helped me purchase two homes and I would recommend her to all my friends and family. She is incredibly patient and encouraging, so important because home buying can be so stressful! Jill is unflappable, she always sees the good in things and people and is incredibly calm and confident. Jill is great with realtors and goes above and beyond to establish rapport with realtors and this makes such a difference in a competitive housing market, realtors WANT to work with Jill.

Experiencia fantástica: What a delight working with Jill!! From the very beginning, while on a tour at our listing with her clients she picked up the phone to tell me how much they loved it while standing in the house. Talk about proactive and looking out for her clients! I was impressed. Less than 30 days later, we’re delivering congratulations to my sellers and her buyers, everyone being oh so excited. Her communication was fabulous, and always picked up the phone, or got back to me lightening fast. I’m so looking forward to working again with her in the future!! Such a smooth transaction!!

Experiencia fantástica: There is little to no way to sing praise high enough for Jill Saucedo being your real estate agent! I was connected to Jill through a family member when looking at a prospective house my husband and I were interested in. Same day (Super Bowl Sunday, no less), Jill hopped in the car and got us into the house to see it, and by that night, we had our offer to the sellers. As a first-time homebuyer, I had never gone through the process of looking at a home, applying for a mortgage pre-approval, getting an inspection completed, or even realized there were that many steps in the homebuying process. From the moment my husband and I met Jill, there was probably not a single day until we closed that she did not communicate with us in some form or fashion. Another perk of working with Jill, beyond her excellent, clear communication, is her connection to others in the area. On the same day she got us our first viewing of the home, she had her referred mortgage loan officer, Samantha Johnson from OnPoint CCU, call us and help us through our pre-approval process (again, all on a Sunday, which are often not business hours)! Jill also helped us schedule our appointment with our inspector from Blue Ladder Home Inspection, who provided an amazing, thorough service. Something I really appreciated about this experience is that Jill also made herself available during the entire inspection, went through the inspection results with the inspector and us, and helped clarify any questions or concerns we may have had (which were few and far between). I could not have wished for a better real estate agent to be by my side and help me through the process of buying my first home! Jill exceeds expectations of what you assume a real estate/homebuyer relationship will be like from the moment you meet up until the second you close. Even showing up to the title office at our closing appointment and helping us through. If I could, I would give her more than 5 stars, and I plan to recommend her to any friend or family member buying a home in the area!

Experiencia fantástica: We truly could not have asked for a better realtor to guide us through buying our first home. As first-time homebuyers, my fiancé and I had absolutely no idea what we were doing. The process felt overwhelming at times, and honestly, if it wasn’t for her, we would have been completely lost. From day one, she was incredibly efficient and always quick to respond. No question was too small, and she never made us feel silly for asking anything. She explained everything clearly, walked us through each step, and made sure we felt confident in every decision we made. Beyond being knowledgeable and professional, she is also one of the sweetest, kindest, and funniest people to work with. She made what could have been a stressful experience feel exciting and even fun. You can tell she genuinely cares about her clients and wants the best for them. We feel so lucky that she was our realtor and helped us find the perfect home. We would recommend her to absolutely anyone. Jill is truly and angel!!

Experiencia fantástica: A top notch agent who goes out of her way to take care of her clients. Experiencia fantástica: We are considering selling our house so we contacted a local realtor, Jill Saucedo Realty. She was very professional and seemed to have a real handle on the current market, both the selling market and the buyers market. She gave us suggestions on certain things we could do to help it sell quicker. She was very personable and did not pressure us into selling. When we do, we are definitely using her.

Experiencia fantástica: Jill is an amazing person and everyone would be lucky to work with her! She’s helped us through the whole buying process and made it look easy! Lover her!

Experiencia fantástica: Jill sold 2 homes for me and helped me purchase another. She is one the most conscientious people that I know. It was a breeze going through the paperwork and Jill was ready to answer any questions I may have had. Funny story - my first home sold in 2 hours (literally) but it took her 2 day to get the second one sold. We teased her about being a slacker. Truth is, she is far from it. Both my homes were about an hour away from her home office but she made the time to be there for me during both my sales and my purchase. As far as I'm concerned you will not find a better realtor. Thank you Jill!

Experiencia fantástica: When no one else could sell our house Jill showed up and not only sold our house but got it done quick. She was informative and communicated throughout the entire process. We would never use anyone else to sell or buy property.

She was there for us every step of the process and answered all our numerous questions, often providing information before we even had to ask. The effort she put into helping us negotiate a better price and schedule contractors to check possible issues with the house was truly above and beyond. Experiencia fantástica: Jill is AMAZING! I recommend her to everyone. We bought our first house with her in 2017, she represented us when we sold it in 2020, and we recently bought a vacant lot with her. So she has been with us through many different types of sales. She is magically always available when you need her, kind, understanding, and so knowledgeable in her field. She has made us feel comfortable with each transaction, has gone above and beyond to find answers to all our questions. Working with her feels like working with your best friend. She truly cares about you and helping you find exactly what you want. We always feel a little sad when a deal closes because we won’t have the pleasure of checking in and talking to her on a regular basis anymore. If you are looking for a realtor you will not find anyone better.

Experiencia fantástica: 11/10!! Jill is incredible! She helped my friend and I navigate joint-financing and ownership on a house and was enthusiastic throughout our home-buying process. Jill listened closely to our needs and provided new houses weekly for our consideration. Using her experience, she negotiated an amazing deal and home improvements during the closing process. She worked with our loan agent and the seller's agent to make everything so smooth - all we had to do was sign electronic documents from time to time. And viola! We are now the proud owners of a beautiful, renovated Victorian house in the Alberta district. So fast, so easy, and with the least amount of stress possible. Thank you, Jill! Buying a house with you was one of the easiest things I've done!
