Even after signing the lease the place was advertised to have central a/c but when we moved in it didn't, we weren't able to pinpoint responsibility but they fought for us to get the listing agent to provide us window a/c units in all rooms. These guys will fight for you and will put ethics and relationships at the forefront, can't recommend them enough!
