Experiencia negativa: We purchased a home in Forked River, NJ in July of this year. The whole process from beginning to end was a complete disaster. Mr. Signorella does not work or represent homeowners in Forked River, but his highschool friend was selling a home here and he acted as the seller's agent. We had an appointment in early June 2024 to view the home and Mr. Signorella WAS NOT present. To our surprise the homewoner was at the property for the viewing. This created a very awkward situation. We put in an offer on the home, which was accepted. For the initial inspection, once again, Mr. Signorella WAS NOT present and the homeowner was there. My husband was present, as was our realtor. The homeowner followed the inspector around and made the entire process very uncomfortable. Our agent contacted the the seller's agent several times, pleading with him to talk to his client over the phone to let the inspector do his job. Didn't happen. The seller refused to let the inspector into the attic. We had to RE-SCHEDULE the inspection and pay another $225 out of our pocket because the seller was so difficult. Once again, our inspector went out and the homeowner was there. Mr. Signorella showed up from his FULL-TIME job at an environmental company and rushed our agent and the inspector because he had a business meeting to get to. Things finally started to make sense. The seller's agent had a full-time job and only did real-estate "Part Time" and was not a seasoned or knowledgeable agent. Our agent, who is seasoned and knowledgeable tried to explain to Brian that this was not normal or professional. He was very agressive and rude to her and, in turn, purposely created conflict between the seller and us, making this entire process more stressful than it needed to be. He refusued to update the MLS at the urging of our agent, and refused to update the MLS listing once the house was sold. I, the owner, had to contact him directly and ask him to kindly update the status on the statewide MLS. On the day of the final walkthrough, once again Mr. Signorella WAS NOWHERE TO BE FOUND, and the homeowner was at the property doing his laundry. Our agent had to call Mr. Signorella's supervisor at ReMax several times for assistance throughout the entire process because she was not getting the cooperation necessary from this seller's agent. Massive amounts of garbage were piled outside of the property, left for us to deal with. Our agent, took the initiative and called the town to inquire about pickup for all the debris and this clearly upset the home seller. Somehow our agent made sure that the debris was removed before we moved in. Mr. Signorella's unprofessionalism and cavalier attitude created acrimony between the seller, our agent, and us where there didn't need to be. The entire process could have gone much better if Mr. Signorella had just done his job.

From our very first meeting, She took the time to understand my needs, preferences, and budget, making sure I felt heard and confident in my decisions. Sandra is incredibly knowledgeable, explaining every step and answering all my questions with patience and clarity. She guided me through each stage, from viewing homes to making an offer and navigating inspections and paperwork. What truly stood out was her commitment to ensuring I found a home I genuinely loved, not just a quick sale. Thanks to Sandra, I've found a home that feels perfect for me. I highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy a home, especially first-time buyers seeking a supportive and skilled guide.

Experiencia fantástica: My husband and I met Olando at an open house, and from the moment we were introduced, he was incredibly responsive and informative. During our first home viewing with him, we were thoroughly impressed by his approach. Rather than simply walking us through the layout as most realtors do, Olando treated it like an initial inspection. He went above and beyond, checking for cracks in the foundation, signs of water damage or flooding in the basement, and even looked for termite damage. Throughout the entire home buying process, Olando remained highly responsive and never made us feel rushed. We’re happy to say that Olando assisted us in our first home purchase and we couldn’t be happier. If the opportunity arises, we would definitely work with Olando again to purchase another home. I will make it a point to recommend him to anyone I know who is looking to buy a home.

Experiencia negativa: Annoying emails that I did not request keep getting sent to me. This has been going on since April 2023! I have requested more than 6 times to stop emailing me listings. And here we are, another listing gets emailed. If I’m supposedly not in the system how are these getting deployed? Duh. You can’t unsubscribe the link doesn’t work. Now that I know these people have a “used car salesman” mentality I’ll never use Remax for any potential future buying or selling business.

Experiencia negativa: Very rude sales associate “Olando” . My mother said if I didn’t have anything nice to say . Than don’t say it at all . Take that as you will.

Experiencia fantástica: Was introduced to the team by Nicole Cherie who is a realtor there and I am very thankful for her! They sincerely care for what they do and I got nothing but positive vibes from everyone in there! I would highly recommend them to anyone as they truly give their all to all of their clients!!

Experiencia negativa: Very unpleasant experience trying to work through Daniel of RE/MAX Select of Westfield as a potential buyer. Would never use to buy or sell.

Experiencia negativa: Don't use Nicole Barge she came into my home for a showing and decided it was very professional to throw her card on the floor. This is an owner occupied home but she thought it was appropriate for me to clean up after her.

Experiencia negativa: Some guy Josiah is walking around door to door handing out business cards. Not going to get my business that way. Leave your info in the mailbox, don't ring the doorbell and wait outside until I answer the door. The info went right in the garbage.

Experiencia fantástica: My home buying search started out of curiosity then it became a reality after my first conversation with Real Estate Agent, Nickole Bonner. I was referred to Nickole by my hair stylist. I felt an immediate connection. I told her my vision, how much money I had to put towards my down payment and our journey took off from there. I literally spoke to Nickole on a Friday and she had at least 5 appointments booked for the next day. Nickole is passionate about what she does and it shows. She worked extremely hard while being realistic, forthcoming and most importantly, she kept things in perspective. Her advise were always in my best interest and she seemed to always have a back up plan every step of the way. She was dedicated about finding me the right home and didn't stop until we did. We found my home in 2 weeks. I remember giving up so many times during the 6 week process, but Nickole kept me focused. I will always remember her continuously telling me that this is my blessing, this is my home. She was committed to seeing it through and I closed on my house on September 4, 2020. I have never seen or heard of a realtor that has her drive to go above and beyond the way she does. I ABSOLUTELY without a doubt recommend her.

Experiencia negativa: Steve is a hard worker but his lack of professionalism is questionable when someone can't get a mortgage and goes after a friend for a commission.

Experiencia negativa: Not honest or professional. Would not recommend doing business with him.

Experiencia negativa: If someone calls you back and his name is Steve Segueira, hang up on him and get another agent. He lacks ethics and professionalism. As a potential buyer, I am just livid at the unethical behavior of this agent.
