Although our home was “just a small fixer upper in the country” he treated the transaction as if it was a million dollar deal. Our house had a solid offer in a day and a half and the sale closed without any problems. As long as your straight forward, honest and realistic with Dean he will get your house sold quickly and for the right price.

Prior to that, we searched for homes online and communicated with Dean via email. He even visited one home, scanned the place, assessed it, took a video, and sent it to us, so we could get a head start on the visit.
