Experiencia negativa: I was hired by this real estate company (Mauricio), who works under Sonia (owner), to perform work on one of their client’s rental properties. The work was completed as agreed, but I was not paid the full amount owed. I made multiple attempts to resolve this professionally and directly, but the issue was never corrected. Unfortunately, this reflects poorly on their business practices and how they treat contractors they hire. I would strongly advise other vendors, contractors, and potential clients to be cautious before doing work with this company. Based on my experience, I would not work with them again. I hope this company takes this feedback seriously, as reputation and trust matter—especially in this industry.
