We are not in the Guilford area and actually live in Litchfield county. Despite the distance, we decided to choose Steph because she came highly recommended. She came to us and worked hard to find a great home for us. We only ended up having to search for one weekend before we found a home we were absolutely in love with at an affordable price. Sunset Creek is an all-in-one kind of business. If you don't have a lender or a lawyer, they are happy to recommend one to you. We needed a lawyer and the one that Steph recommended was great. We had some issues with our bank and Steph went above and beyond to help us. When our car broke down the day before closing, Steph even helped arrange transportation to the lawyer's office. Talk about service! If you are looking for a home, especially if you are a first time homebuyer, I'd recommend Sunset Creek.
