Experiencia fantástica: Jennifer Gurnell went above and beyond to sell my mom’s house in Old Saybrook during a highly emotional time for our family. She was knowledgeable and wonderfully communicative throughout, and I especially loved her direct approach and the fact that we could go to her with questions and concerns at any time during the process. She also showed great kindness and compassion toward my mom who was dealing with some health issues at the time and needed additional support. As I live far away, we had to rely on Jennifer for a LOT - and she didn’t bat an eye about any of it. Jennifer also knew exactly who to call to help us get ready for the opening, from painters, to plumbers, to someone who could haul things to the dump and Goodwill. Every person she sent our way was highly competent, responsive, and very pleasant to work with. And of course there’s the bottom line: my mom’s house sold in about three days — and she got exactly the price we were hoping for.
