That sale fell through, and we were under a time crunch to sell and get moved out-of-state for work. On the same day that we contacted Kim, she came by the house and presented a game plan to us. Going with Kim took a ton of stress off of us, and not to mention we were able to sell for more than what we had initially gone under contract when we were trying to sell it ourselves.
