We contacted her back in February because we were moving to Florida from Tennessee and right from the start she did everything she could to make this process easy. She has gone above and beyond to help us find our forever home, from keeping in contact while she was on vacation in Hawaii, to helping us look at home after home until we found the perfect one. If you ever need a realtor that truly loves her job and cares about the people she is working with, Brandy is definitely the one!!!

Experiencia fantástica: Due to the many issues with the buyers of my home in another state, outside of the control of anyone on the Southern Choice team's or my control, the homebuying process was a long, drawn out process that lasted for months beyond what it should have. (Looong, boring, stressful story.) Brandy made herself immediately available to answer any questions, lead me through the quagmire it became with confidence, and allayed my fears. She's a shark of a negotiator and proactive with communications. I couldn't have managed this transaction without her, and I doubt few others could have seen this to the end-- I had actually all but given up on it! But in the end, she got me in my dream home in Fort Walton!

I think it took about 4-5 months to get rented because we wanted to wait for the best tenants, but it was completely worth the wait. The tenants are phenomenal. They always pay on time and are taking great care of the place... after God, I attribute that to Jewels diligence and thoroughness. Jewel said that Southern Choice has never had to evict someone since they started (I think she said 8 years ago). Would recommend Jewel 10 out of 10 to anyone. It is a huge relief knowing someone reliable is dedicated to making sure everything is routinely inspected and the rental process runs smoothly. It makes owning a rental home enjoyable and stress free.

We rented a place for 2 years through them and can’t complain. The owner of our rental was the best too!

Experiencia negativa: Brandy Brown tried to take advantage of me and my family Dont expect security deposit back.. tried to illegaly terminate lease because owner wanted to move back into home after renting it out for 1 Year... not my fault homeowner want to move back into home and lease isnt up yet.. then currently trying to steal my security deposit For preexisting damages and everyday wear and tear items.. I think they should be investigated for some escrow irregularities. Thank god renters are protected in the state of Florida
