Katy was our agent when selling our home in New Braunfels and she will remain our agent on any future family real estate transactions. She is THAT good. We were in a very difficult spot when getting ready to list our home. The 2021 TX Freeze hit and a pipe burst. We tried to reach plumbers, electricians ~ to no avail. Ironically, Katy called to check on us and we told her about our dilemma. She had her professional contacts at the house within 24 hours helping us get back on our feet. It took several months, but she stayed plugged in the entire time, letting contractors into the house and checking on things from time to time so that we did not have to make a daily drive from our new home in Boerne. She helped us with so many details, even personal touches like borrowing a steamer and helping me steam the drapes! There are too many positives for us to mention here, but if you want a professional assessment on the value of your home, with advice on how to make your home "'pop" with appeal ~ inside and out, call Katy Wagner.
