We talked with a few agents and went on a showing with one. None of them provided an experience that was even remotely comparable to Keith and Sheila. Having an agent who can realistically discuss the condition of a house and the sorts of changes/improvements you might want to make is a game changer, especially if you're new to being a homeowner. We made an offer on our home on May 1st and closed on June 1st. Even through this incredibly quick timeline and the stress of negotiating with Open Door (which I can assure you was a hassle), Keith and Sheila were calm and helpful. For example, Keith hopped on a Zoom call with me after our home inspection to talk through each element with me and help me understand what the issue was and what I could expect in trying to fix it. They always gave us solid advice and always acted in our best interests, though we never felt pressured if we wanted to do something a bit different from what they suggested.
