Experiencia negativa: My husband and I rented a property I guess you would say from Amber and Brandi. In the beginning they were great made it out to seem like we would be working directly with them through the lease. 2 days after we moved in we had the owner show up unexpectedly no notice whatsoever knocking on the door. We had no clue the owners would even be involved as they were and from there it was Amber, Brandi, and the owners that we dealt with. 4 people reaching out at different times for various things. We had a small issue with the fridge and the owner insisted he come out and could only come at 6pm on a weeknight to reset a breaker! He did nothing but flip a switch. Even after we offered we could do it instead of having him come out to literally flip a switch. They treated us like we had no idea how to manage a home and that we couldn’t be trusted to do anything. We unfortunately had to change schools for one of our kids in the middle of the lease which forced us to have to break the lease. We explained the situation and even offered to help them get the home re-rented only to be treated like we were criminals! They claimed it’s illegal to post on Zillow as a tenant. They need to brush up on the tenant landlord laws. They also didn’t disclose or even as a courtesy let us know that the owner’s daughter tragically passed in the home prior to us signing a lease and only finding out after meeting the owner for the first time and her crying in the kitchen. Very uncomfortable and awkward. My husband and I have never had issues like this and we’ve rented in Arvada/Westminster area for 10 years! I would never recommend them as property managers or brokers! And the owners need to sell this property before then run the next set of renters away.
