"Attention to detail" doesn't quite cover the level of service rendered. And it's the same price that I pay for other managers, lol. I feel lucky that I tried them out on one of my properties. For 10 years I could count on his team of professionals to monitor and maintain each property including accounting, distribution and tax related documents needed for me to successfully run my rental business from abroad. Speaking from experience, it’s about relationships and integrity. The team at AAR took the time to analyze my business needs, offer suggestions and make appropriate modifications based on those needs. The team would issue repair funding and invoice me at the end of the month, no worries because the business relationship is built on trust and integrity. As an attorney and former military JAG, Ravi knows a little something about ethics and responsibility; he served, he was trained and now he’s practicing his oath. In 10 years, I’ve received my rental distribution on time and in full. Of the 3 rental properties, I’ve never gone more than a few months vacancy between tenants. Of the 2 homes sold within the last year, I had a contract for each less than 2 weeks after their respective listing. To service your personal and business needs you need an experienced team, Ravi has the team and the experience to carry you over the finish line.

You could always tell that they cared about the tenants and were there to work with you however they could. The process was smooth and they were always very attentive to any requests. We then used Attorneys Advantage as our agent when buying our house, and again the experience was seamless, & when we moved and wanted to rent our property they were our property managers for a number of years- and again it was seamless and extremely professional. I can't recommend Attorneys Advantage any more strongly for a professional real estate experience.

Experiencia fantástica: Ravi is a top notch real estate agent, broker, and attorney who I have known for over 18 years. He has completed about a dozen real estate transactions for me and my family. He is the only person I will go to for these kinds of services. Anyone who gives Ravi a less than stellar rating was either a bad tenant or tried to broker an unreasonable deal with him. I personally know of some of his less than cooperative clients and I personally wouldn’t have given them the time of day. Ravi will work with a client and go above and beyond to ensure his client’s best interests are represented. He has a built a successful business from scratch and continues to flourish because of his hard work and wanting the most favorable outcome for his clients.

It really was a tight knit group and you could always tell that they cared about the tenants and were there to work with them however they could. The process was smooth to get into the rental and they were always very attentive to any requests. I could also call in and ask for contractor recommendations for others living around me and they would happily recommend people who did great work. Any issues were taken care of as soon as humanly possible and I look forward to any time I get to work with them again.

He helped me purchase my first home and navigated me through all the nuances of the purchase. He was always quick to answer questions and offer advice, which put me very at ease as a novice home buyer. Experiencia negativa: I was a tenant at one of the houses managed by this company for 3 years, and apparently, everything was fine...until I decided to move out. How a $2,150 security deposit - with accumulated interest - turned into about a $100 return upon move out, is still baffling me!! You would think I left the house in a horrible condition. Not at all! Like, not even close!! The house had normal wear & tear after 3 years. I even went back to the house after I moved out to ensure everything was in good condition. The owner, Ravi, didn’t even schedule a move-out-walkthrough with me. And now, I think he did that on purpose, to try to blame me for arbitrary and ambiguous things at the final stage of the process. I was completely taken advantage of. And will never work with Ravi again. Bottom line, I do not recommend.

Experiencia negativa: I am very displeased with how my recent application process went. My boyfriend and I went to check out a townhouse with Jason Samuels. Everything seemed so perfect in the beginning. I felt Jason was honest and had our interests at heart. We immediately fell in love with the property and asked about the application process. He let us know that a lot of people were interested in the property and we should act fast on turning in the application. He then asked how many occupants and how was my credit score. I told him three and I have very good credit. The application fee was $50 per applicant. That same night he emailed us the application. I was very hesitant because that would be $150 and if the place was popular what were our odds of even getting approved in the first place. The next night he texted my boyfriend and asked if we would be putting in an application. I spoke to Jason about two days later asked him if anyone had put in an application, we had quite a long conversation... He seemed very optimistic about us getting approved on the place this and that and we should go ahead and put the application in. We had a few paperwork missing for our third applicant as she just moved from another state and I was afraid that the paper work would not get here on time and the place would be sold already. I explained this to him and he said I should just go ahead and put myself and my boyfriend only on the application. He also tells me I could drop off the application or just email my application over. I told him I’d rather drop it off at the office. Sunday comes and I call him to meet him at the office and drop off my application. Again, everything seemed fine. We still paid the $150 application fee. We were so excited... the next day the manager, Rhonda calls me and asks if our third applicant was going to be an occupant and she explained to me that the third applicant would still need to send in all paperwork as well. That was fine. We did so and scanned and emailed everything to her that same night. The next day I emailed her again just to make sure she received the rest of the application. She emails back and let’s me know she received it and she will “be in touch.” A whole week goes by and we hear nothing. Our credit was never pulled. We get notified if our credit gets pulled and we never got a notification. I was trying to be patient and not annoy them with my calls or emails. Finally, I decided to call Rhonda. I asked her about the application status and she said she would find out what’s going on and call me in an hour. This was at about 2 pm on Tuesday the 9th. She took down my number. I never got a call back from her. The night before my boyfriend contacted Jason around 5pm. He did not get back to him until 8pm and said he will get in contact with Rhonda. The next day (Tuesday the 9th) at approximately 2:28 pm he let my boyfriend know someone else was conditionally approved for the property. How is it that I spoke with the manager and she could not even tell me what Jason could tell my boyfriend? Why did we never get a call to let us know we were not approved? When we put our application in I was informed there were no other applicants, so why was our credit never pulled? This whole situation is very unprofessional to me. It would not hurt to call to let us know we were not approved. I should not have to call and wait several days for this. I am very disappointed and feel as though they just wanted the application fee money. We could have used that money to apply somewhere else. That being said we chose to apply somewhere else and got approved in seconds. I don’t know what is going on with this company, but it seems so sketchy and I personally feel we got scammed. They need to work on communication. If a manger does not know something how is it that your employee knows. We had to find out that we were not approved thru a TEXT MESSAGE.

He was extremely patient and really took the time to explain every part of the process, neighborhoods, contracts, and more to make us feel really comfortable with everything. We really lucked out that he's also an attorney and knows the standard contracts inside and out and that came in very useful during some tricky and nerve-wracking negotiations with a seller who was pretty tough. He was able to set it up so we were in control the whole time. He's an expert on all the neighborhoods we visited through the DC metro area, and was also able to flag a lot of items during house visits that normally wouldn't be found till inspection.
