Chad found a tenant for my rental property from start to finish in 15 days flat- from open house to signed lease to tenant move-in. Then, he turned around and helped me purchase the home I'd been dreaming of for years- in just one month! I explained what I wanted in a home; he provided properties I hadn't even considered myself, but that fit the mold of what I was looking for. Throughout this process, Chad has been persistent and solution-driven. He was always readily available to show a property-even at the last minute. And let's not forget, all of the people he connected me with that I needed along the way to purchase and close on my home. He really went to bat for me to get my contract ratified! If you work with any other realtor but Chad, proceed at your own risk! Chad is very personable and a visionary. Chad, 'You da man' when it comes to real estate! Thank you a million times over.
