Experiencia negativa: There has been a lack of real estate in the valley for many months. I have been contacted by many real estate businesses through the mail trying to encourage me to sell. Today was the first time someone came to my home, to my door and left their information. I called the number and expressed my displeasure. Immediately I received a text message back from the realtor, "Sorry you didn’t appreciate my door hanger however there are people in my neighborhood that did appreciate it. Have a wonderful evening." This passive aggressive reply is not welcome, nor does not make me want to do business with them in the future.

We did buy intown with Jodie helping us to find our way; and it was found in this gorgeous, historic district in town. We had first called to inquire the pricing on a cute farm house a ways out of town; while on our two week long vacation from Utah. We had wondered what it would look like if we were to sell, and buy a home out of state with three kids, 10-5-2 years of age; before school openings for 2020 with covid changes, kindergarten, new jobs, camper living, fall, approaching winter, towns vastly growing populations, zoning changes in towns we no longer recognized- had been gone for about a decade or so. It was pure LUCK, and perhaps love from the universe that Jodie was the one who called us back out of many who just well, weren't all that she is, which is gifted, and beyond talented in her career. Jodie literally had a real solution to every question, and concern-- house related or not we could have possibly asked. Jodie returned my long nervous voicemail (the same day- it was a weekend even!) with such a calm, charm, relaxing- yet qualified in her job approach us with reassurance-- we got this ALL. My husband, children, and I, couldn't have been more relieved , and yes, blessed by having her in our life. She is not only an extremely genuine, caring, respectful, resourceful, reliable, whole hearted, hilarious, peaceful individual-- but an incredibly efficient, sensible, thoughtful, self driven- knowledgeable, widely experienced professional expert in her field- and from what I gather her day to day life also.
