She also is extremely knowledgeable with the escrow process. This expertise is important and truly makes the transaction run smoothly for the buyer or the seller. In our case, we were new to the area and Rena was always very happy to take documents etc. to escrow which gave me time to get my bearings. We were having difficulty with securing internet service so she made an appointment with the carrier and we went together with plat maps. That's all it took, problem solved. She asked what features and price range we were looking for, and all necessary details and brought us to those we thought we would like. Told her of ones we found ourselves and she set appointments quickly. She did not push their own listings for a bigger profit as one agent only showed us theirs at two different dates and a much larger price tag (he lost us immediately). Experiencia negativa: I had a horrible experience with this company, which used to go by the name Big Sky Properties. The agent I worked with lied to me multiple times and was extremely dishonest. If you are looking at houses with this company and they tell you that a repair the house needs will be a certain amount, do your homework and get an estimate - one Big Sky "contractor"/"agent" was off more than $10,000 for me for one estimate, and even more for another. They seem to be trying to get you to buy a house to make the commission and don't care if it will be a financial disaster for you! I would not recommend that anyone use this company's agents!
