Experiencia fantástica: Joe Fagiolo is an excellent realtor! He recently sold our home in Gambrills. With his beautiful pictures of our home and description, our home sold quickly. He is very knowledgeable and we felt very comfortable and at ease from the start to the finish. He was there every step guiding us through to settlement!! He went above and beyond and spent many hours printing all of our documents, explaining every one of them, making copies for us. He is also very knowledgeable about pointing out things in our home that needed correcting and helped with knowing many companies to choose from to fix them. We were so happy choosing Joe as our realtor and we highly recommend him!!

It’s hard to list the numerous ways in which he guided us throughout the process of selling our home, which he accomplished in ONE day. We had several full price, and over asking price offers. This positive response was due to Joe’s suggestions in preparing our house for sale. Joe has been in the area for many years and has contacts for any job that needs to be done (at prices much less than other contractors). The company that took the photographs and video that were online was over the top. Check out for yourself, you won’t be disappointed! If you are able to get Joe as your realtor, DO IT!

He worked for months to find just the right property for me. During the entire hunt, not one time did he seem agitated at the amount of time he was spending. When we went to view the homes, he was always well prepared with the homes info, comps and any information to help us.
