We continue to share a friendship with Bill and are so grateful for his years of experience and dedication to his clients. Initially we had chosen a different realtor but she didn’t seem engaged in helping us; we needed more than someone to draw up the legal paperwork. A friend recommended Bill to us. Our first visit reassured us that Bill was going to go above and beyond to help us and we were not disappointed. From initial counseling with us concerning our pricing options to staging our home to making all the right connections in advertising, Bill was ahead of the game. Experiencia fantástica: We have dealt with only three realtors thus far, so our experience is limited, but as first time home sellers we feel like we struck gold with Bill. I was referred a realtor prior to Bill, but with our limited experience, we were not comfortable with the lack of guidance being offered. Another friend referred us to Bill (and has subsequently hired him a second time). Bill talked us through the good, the bad, the risks, the benefits, and the timelines. He allowed us to make our own informed decisions without any apparent judgement. He was always available for questions and NEVER seemed put out. It felt like we were his only clients, even though I know he was dealing with a lot of other buyers and sellers. When all was said and done, we ended up with exactly what we asked for, on exactly the date that worked best for us, and during the showings, he always made sure it was convenient for us, and that we had plenty of notice and a place to go. On a personal note, it felt like he was a friend or even a family member. BTW, I read the one star review on here which has nothing to do with Fore Properties, but rather sounded like someone railing against the housing developments in Pinehurst. I would adamantly insist that any friend or family moving to or from the area talk to Bill.

But the premium we received on our home cant be validated simply by the broad appreciation of the market. The additional premium came because Bill helped us buy on a strong street, with a well built home that would appeal to buyers to the extent that they would pay a premium price relative to comprable homes. That additional premium you will gain is the reason you work with Bill.
