Experiencia negativa: Not to shame the company but I definitely do not recommend Lindsay as a realtor for ANYBODY! She is a terrible lier. She do not help her sellers. (I was a buyer to a home she had listed) If it wasn’t for my husband and the location we would have never closed, the overall experience with her was TERRIBLE. It couldn’t have gotten any worse. She do not like to answer the phone just text. Sometimes she wouldn’t text back for days. 0/10 I do not recommend. Thank you 5/30/2025

I could not have asked for a better experience. I know that realtors have other clients and are busy, but when I had a question or concern, he was there. In the multi times I called him I hardly ever got the voicemail and when I did he was prompt in returning our calls. I never knew buying a house was a stressful process but with an agent like Mr. Bailey it was made easier every step of the way. I highly recommend him for any of your buying or selling needs. I just hope he is still in the area if we ever need to buy or sell again, he will be the first call.

Experiencia fantástica: Definitely recommend Jenny Adams. This was our very first home purchase, and we were understandably nervous about the entire process, not to mention a little lost. Jenny jumped in with listings, ideas, and a working knowledge of the area that gave us confidence to make a purchase. She always had time for us and never gave us that fake-friendly vibe that some realtors have, just very down to earth. We wound up purchasing a new build that was in-progress, with all of the builder delays and sourcing issues that are currently par for the course. She kept us up to date with all that stuff and worked with the contractor directly, which took a big weight off my shoulders! And- she did most of this remote, since we were shopping from another county. Once we were closed and moved in, she followed up with builder issues. All in all, a process that made me nervous at the outset wound up being easy because she went to bat for us.

For about 10 years now, I have owned my house, but live so far away that managing it has been next to impossible. I have tried everything to sell the place, but the market was never in my favor.
