I figured I'd call as I was looking at buying my first house before my lease renewed and i was stuck in another year long money pit. While I was referred to Jason, I ended up working with mostly with cornerstone’s broker, JT. Being a first time home buyer, JT helped me confidentially navigate the somewhat daunting experience that most first time homebuyers experience. He is extremely professional and knowledgeable about the entire process and could readily answer all my questions. I went to Jason with a list of sprcific requirements (Rural Home loan), wants (garage and at least 2.5 bathrooms), and a pretty strict budget. Almost all of the properties we looked at met all of my requirements, wants, and expectations. I ultimately was able to purchase my first house through Cornerstone within a month of working with JT and his team. JT and his team are professional, knowledgeable, and personable. I have already recommended cornerstone to my girlfriend and hope to be able to work with JT and his team in the future.
