Experiencia fantástica: This review comes from 20 plus years of buying and selling homes, all of which with Jill Heffernan and her team as my agent. Simply put, I can't imagine ever having chosen anyone else. When you go with Jill, you get a seasoned and highly respected team of professionals that always have your best interests in mind. My most recent experience was buying a new home in Toney followed by the selling of my home in Madison. As my Buyer Agent, she was crucial in ensuring I purchased a quality home that was move-in ready at a great value. As a Selling Agent, all I had to do (and what you should do) in terms of preparing my home for sale at the "right price" was EXACTLY what she told me to do!! The result was I had four offers within seven days of listing, and we closed two weeks later. I can't imagine having gotten that result with anyone else.

Experiencia negativa: Initially Jill seemed very professional, she did the comps and sent some documents over for us to look at and to let her know if we had any questions about moving forward. We looked over the documents that night and never signed anything as a go ahead for anything as we wanted to take a few days to look over everything and the next day we get a text saying they put a sign in our yard and a lock box and our listing would go up asap...... We never gave the ok that we were moving forward will Jill and her team in anyway whatso ever. We asked her to take down the sign and lock box. In the mean time We had reached out the several real estate agents that where part of the Dave ramsey vested pros and found another agent that we both liked. The fact that we never signed anything or even discussed a listing price and they were in the process of listing the house and put up a sign the next day is wild!

We are from out of town, needed assistance in find a reasonable contractor to get the house on the market. A few recommendations and we went with who we felt comfortable with at a reasonable price. Jill’s team met with the contractors and help pick out countertops, sinks, etc. Help make the house marketable. House was on the market for maybe 3 weeks and we closed. Start to finish it was an easy process with constant updates. Highly recommend if you want exceptional service.

Experiencia negativa: We used Jill to sell our home, but it felt as if she was working for the buyer. She agreed to frivolous requests such as "prove the square footage", and there is a small dent in one aluminum garage door panel so "you have to replace both entire doors". I even had to pull the certificate of occupancy from the county to appease her kowtowing to the buyers. She also disclosed to the buyers agent our need to move quickly, against our disclosure wishes, and this information was used nefariously. I would never use this company again.
