I can’t say enough good things about the job Ryan did, taking a house that had been vacant for 10 years and completely transforming it from a place no one wanted to enter into a move-in ready home that generated 10 bids above asking price after one weekend of open houses. And all in just about 2 months. Everything on the inside of the house was replaced, including the floors, lighting, appliances and fixtures. The exterior was painted and the yard cleaned and spruced up.
