Experiencia negativa: I reached out to this office to see a listing of theirs and now they are holding me in a Listing contract on my house that they never listed or marketed. I only had interactions for a few days with this Agent and wanted nothing more to do with them! I don't trust this office AT ALL! This is extremely stressful and all I wanted to do was relocate to a new area with my grandchildren. I would NEVER want anything to do with this Agency as a Seller or a Buyer. I despise this company and why would an Agency force someone to work with them when I not only despise them, but I absolutely DONT TRUST THEM!!! And this has put a damper on my family's excitement to relocate.

Experiencia negativa: I also had a very bad experience with this realtor I was trying to buy a home that I would like very much to be informed that there was a mystery investor and I offered them the full price they were asking just to be told when I ask about inspections that they would not let us inspect anything they counter offered by dropping the price $2000 if I did no inspections and I said for peace of mind I wanted inspections done they dropped me all together after that would not let me inspect anything and I do not believe there was a investor absolutely horrible to deal with

Experiencia negativa: The broker who we contracted with, Serena Reidel, was absolutely horrible. She lied, connived, and manipulated the entire situation. She set up a deal where a person wanted to buy our place as soon as their's sold. This never happened. About a week after the agreed upon settlement date, she informs us the other person backed out. Curiously, another smaller home went up for sale down the street by her at about the same time. During this time she turned away other interested parties. I believe she turned others away because she wanted to make a commission on both ends. She's next to impossible to get a hold of, through any means. We had people stopping in telling us, she would never get back to them concerning our place. Not to mention everything is done through text message. My advice to other prospective sellers, is to go to a more honest, reliable broker.
