We signed in February 2021 and went through the LONGEST journey due to covid restrictions and limits on supplies and materials. Throughout the entire journey Ed was incredibly patient and helpful. There were so many things that we didn’t understand and he was available by phone call anytime to help and explain things. Real estate agents are generally available as much as you want them to be - we wanted Ed at everything and he absolutely showed up. He was so present in every meeting and session but not overbearing or too involved. He gave us insight and I trusted the fact that he would always point us in the right direction. There were times that the company we were moving in with didn’t always do us right but 100% of the time Ed fought for us and always pushed for us to have the best things. Experiencia negativa: This has been the worst real estate transaction that my wife and I have ever been thru and we've moved several times before in our life. The realtor was non existent. Documents were sent without any supporting explanations except for "Sign, Sign, Sign". RUN!, don't walk away from these people. They don't care about you or your house. They are all about the money. They deserve a commission if they do a good job, but these people will not do a good job for you. They will be distracted by everything else but your real estate transaction. They will not be there for you to explain documents and transactions. Extremely disappointed we were ever associated with this company!
