We wish we could have used him as our realtor—we did not actually use a realtor—and taken him out of state to find a new home after we moved. Several things about Eric stand out. First, Eric is honest. While maintaining his obligations to his clients, he also dealt honestly and kindly with us as we talked to him about various things. Second, Eric is very zealous about anything that needs to be done. He handles communication quickly (!!) and tackles whatever tasks need to be completed to move the sale forward. We met him just previous to the sale of our house under different circumstances, and he was professional, personal, and prepared. I highly recommend him to anyone!
