Experiencia fantástica: We rented a house to tenants for over 10 years. We let them decorate/paint and make the house their own. When we decided to sell, the tenants could not come up with the financing for the house. Then it was a nightmare for us and Jeff at the JP group. The tenants took light fixtures, garage, door opener, washer, dryer, pool pump, and a bunch of other items. Jeff and his crew took care of everything. With his network of contractors, he was able to get the house repaired and set up for the sale. He worked day and night to make sure that the closing was kept and that everybody was happy. I have never in my 60 years worked with anybody that worked as hard as Jeff did. If you need to sell something, buy something, call Jeff.
