The timing of my review is purposeful for reasons that sometimes it takes awhile for everything to sort itself out. That said, our move would not have happened without the professionalism of Miranda Alt and her team of caring individuals. Jacolyn Eggert, Director of Operations, was a calming voice of assurance and always there to fill in the gap. Miranda is a true expert in the real estate industry and guided us to making the right decisions, including reducing our asking price to stimulate interest and achieve 98% of what was needed. Once the deal was sealed Jacolyn became our lifeline. It was 38 years ago when we last purchased our home in Algonquin so things had changed to say the least. Miranda’s network of attorneys and mortgage brokers was excellent to work with. Eric Schroeder, Mortgage Capital Group, and his team always made sure I knew how changes in the selling price would affect the mortgage payment. Liz Koeshall, helped manage all the paperwork we needed. Finally, Miranda recommend Piercey & Associates to handle the legal aspects of closing. Michael Murphy and Jolyn Schiola did a wonderful job with all the paperwork. All said, Miranda Alt gets a 5-star rating from me with a highly recommended for her work and knowledge to assemble such a great team.
