From a personal standpoint, Eric is warm, friendly and makes himself available for any questions - big or small - throughout the entire home-selling process. From a professional standpoint, Eric went above and beyond to facilitate the selling of our home and was simply incredible. Living 8 hours away, we were apprehensive about the amount of work we would need to do in order to get our home ready to go on the market. We also knew we wanted to perform some renovations to the property but were unsure of which things exactly would increase the value of our home the most in the short time we had prior to wanting to go on the market. Eric has an expert knowledge in the Philadelphia real estate market and has a day-to-day feel on the temperature of the market. He was quick to address any issue we had with the property and worked hard to keep the house in good condition. Eric was both pragmatic and understanding. In one example, we cut our lease short a few months because we bought a house. Rather than keep our deposit, Eric told us as long as we gave him sufficient notice, he would return it. We also just liked him. He’s a personable, funny guy. I’d highly recommend him.
