We began working with Drew in February of this year to find our next dream house for our growing family and he was wonderful. The triangle market can move so fast that you really need a realtor who can get you in for a house tour ASAP and Drew is your guy! He was always so responsive to our communications and several times he was able to get us in to see a house on the first day that it was listed, this is crucial to being able to compete in a hot housing market! Drew is also extremely knowledgeable about the triangle market and he's been doing this for so long that he was really great about helping us understand everything that goes into making a good and competitive offer for a house. He can advise you on strategies to compete that go beyond just out bidding the next guy. And he knows so much that he is great about telling you "if you do x then they will probably do Y". We aren't first time home buyers but even so, we felt very well supported by Drew throughout this homebuying process and he is a great teacher when explaining everything to you. I often felt like he was out here playing 4D chess while the rest of us were still learning lol! Drew is also great about going through a house with you and looking at it with an inspectors eye, often catching things that you might not have even thought to look for. For instance, one time we were going through a house and he discovered an unstable porch railing and pointed it out to us as something we would want to have the home inspector take a closer look at if we decided to make an offer. On top of his knowledge and his responsiveness he is also very kind and accommodating, I think he is a great realtor especially for families to work with. We often had to bring our 3 year old with us to home tours and, while he can be a live wire, Drew was always so patient with him and didn't mind at all that he was with us. My son still talks fondly about Drew and would look for him whenever we pulled up to a new house to tour. When we finally found our house in March, Drew expertly shepherded us through the bidding process and his work behind the scenes made the closing process go so smoothly. I don't think we are even fully aware of how much work went into that because it was just so easy for us that we didn't even have to know. It allowed us to focus on our more pressing concerns like packing and moving. I'm extremely grateful for Drew and all the work he did to get us into our new home, I would recommend him, unreservedly, to anyone looking to buy a home in the triangle area!

We had always talked about leaving our hometown of Philadelphia, PA and moving somewhere else and decided on our drive home from SC to pit stop in the RTP area and explore Cary & Apex for 2 days. Those 2 days ended up being New Year's Eve and New Years Day. If the visit went well, we were going to try to relocate to the area. On December 29th we looked up on Google a realtor in the Apex area and stumbled upon Drew because of his 5 star reviews. I didn't believe someone could be perfect and have 5 stars. We reached out to Drew and said we were interested in seeing some new construction model homes in Apex on New Year's Day. Drew responded to our email inquiry within the hour, called us and had a lengthy conversation with us, and then was able to arrange us to see a model home in Apex on New Years Day. He spent time away from his family and talked about the area with us for hours after viewing the model home. We returned to Philadelphia and then through Drew's tenacity and working with the builder's sales agents, we were able to secure a lot in a Lennar new build site in Apex. From the onset, Drew has always given us thorough, detailed, honest advice. He is available any day/time and will respond to our group texts late at night. He reschedules appointments to attend all necessary meetings with the builder and arranged all our inspections for us. Up until the point we moved down into a temporary apartment while our home was being finished, Drew would go out to our homesite and take pictures and upload them to a Google Album. If you decide to go with a new build, it's to your advantage to have someone like Drew on your side to help you throughout the process. You honestly can't go wrong with Drew - he is excellent at his craft and a fantastic realtor. He also put us in touch with an incredible lender that gave us fantastic rates and made sure we had a seamless closing process. Drew has lived in this area for a long time and really knows his stuff. I was a difficult customer and always had a lot of questions and had high expectations of my realtor. Drew was extremely patient with me and educated me a lot on several aspects of residential real estate and exceeded my expectations. I missed a good property because I was unwilling to pay a couple of thousand dollars but Drew was patient with me and continued to work with me. I eventually did close on a better property and our family is very happy and proud of our purchase. Recently I closed a lot with Drew representing as my buyer's agent. Buying a lot is bit more challenging than buying a home and Drew's knowledge and feedback was very helpful in the successful completion on the deal. There are realtors out there who will split their commission with you and Drew is not one of them. Drew helped me get the price down for my lot by 20%. I will happily let him have his well earned commission and take a 20% cost reduction. In summary, Drew is knowledgeable, helpful, communicates promptly and effectively and is easy to work with.
