As first time sellers, we were pretty clueless of all the steps that are involved in selling your home; from prepping your house to get it sale-ready, to listing it and finally, closing the deal. Hema expertly guided us through this entire experience and was able to sell our house in a tough real-estate market. We were confronted with a very aggressive seller's agent, but Hema did not lose her cool and managed to make the process smooth for us.
