Experiencia fantástica: Chris Bunn was very helpful and knowledgeable with the Silver City real estate market. Not living in Silver City posed some challenges but Chris made everything easy for us. When it came time to sign closing paperwork- he took time off his busy schedule to drive 2.5 hours to a title company that would assist us. He did this because he knew we were on a time line with the holidays fast approaching. His customer service is top notch and I would not hesitate to call upon him if we were looking to buy or sell property in SW New Mexico.

Experiencia fantástica: We recently purchased a home in rhe Silver City market. We had been working with a broker who maybe thought we weren't serious enough or was too busy, so I moved in to calling listing brokers regarding properties we were interested in. I'm in the business myself so decided I would just handle things and make it easier. I found Chris Bunn through a listing we contacted him on. He's a newer broker which made his efforts that much more impressive to me. He worked hard to answer my questions (and I ask a lot of them!), and he wasn't afraid to say he didn't know, but would find out (and he did!). Sometimes I asked him hard questions I knew the answer to, but he would ridse to the occasion every time. It was clear to me he was a professional worth hiring. He went out of his way to view properties when we were unable to come in ourselves and took any bizarre request I made in stride (ie can you go look at this particular thing and video call me when you do so I can see it myself). He booked more than one day for us to come in and grind through several properties while on our search. Ultimately we found "the one", and Chris was a true benefit and complete professional. I have no problem recommending him, he will work hard to help make the transaction as seamless as possible.
