Experiencia fantástica: In 2017 David negotiated the purchase of a lot for us on which we built a home. We recently listed it for sale and worked with him again. Cannot recommend him highly enough. He is personable, professional, knowledgeable, incredibly hard working, and just plain gets the job done by smoothing things out and removing obstacles. The sale went from listing to closed in less than two months. He and Danica make an outstanding team and were a delight to work with.

Experiencia negativa: At first David Coyle and his wife were really good and made the process easy for me since I was moving to Chicago. I allowed the buyers to stay at my Property when the closing was delayed and the buyers were being pressured to leave at their apartment at the end of May. Long story short David promised that the buyers will pay me a certain amount and that I will be getting money from them (RE/Max realty). David kept on reassuring me that they will at least compensate all the inconvenienced that they have caused and will be mailing a check. That was june. I kept on waiting and waiting and followed up. David still reassured me. Here we are end of September, they have never followed through. I Lost a lot of money selling this property partly because of how David failed to deliver what he promised. Gave me false hopes. I have all our conversations recorded and I have been disappointed at how the closing went.
