When we thought of a realtor we honestly thought of a used car salesman who would say what they needed to say to sell us on a house and Chloe is 100 percent the opposite of that she is a honest and real person who if she doesn't think the house is the right one for you she will tell you so. As someone who previously thought that realtors only served as middlemen (and women) to regurgitate publicly-available information, Chloe completely changed my mind. My wife and I were first time homebuyers looking around the north Metro Boston area. Chloe figured out what we wanted in a home, the budget we were comfortable with, and was never pushy in a sense that made her interactions with us feel disingenuous. She not only planned weekend itineraries for us, but also served as our soundboard to bounce ideas off of when viewing prospective houses. She's got an incredible wealth of knowledge in the field and definitely had answers to most of our questions whenever we came across anything odd during a viewing. Her scrappiness also meant that she wasn't afraid to ask pointed questions to give us an edge or insight that helped during viewings and negotiations. During closing, she was a complete professional. She dealt with issues as they arose, and only kept our involvement on an as-needed basis. While some other buyers may want more involvement in the closing process, for us, she made that stressful 2-3 week period so much more manageable. The icing on top of all of the above is that she was ALWAYS reachable by phone or text and responded within minutes! My wife and I feel incredibly lucky that Chloe was on our team throughout the home buying process.
