Experiencia fantástica: I just wanted to take a moment to share my appreciation for the tile floor work that was done in my bathroom yesterday by the CCM Rentals employee. I was really impressed with the entire experience. The work was done quickly, cleanly, and very professionally. The person who came to do the job was extremely polite and respectful, and you could immediately tell that he knew exactly what he was doing. He came in, got the job done, cleaned everything up, and was out in no time. My wife and I were home with our two puppies, and everything was handled so smoothly and respectfully. I’ve rented apartments before, but I honestly have never experienced this level of professionalism, cleanliness, and efficiency from a rental company. I really, really appreciate the help and the excellent work. Please pass along my thanks to him and to the CCM Rentals team. I’m very impressed and very happy with the result!

Experiencia negativa: Lived here for 2 years. One of the scummiest rental companies out there. Predatory rental prices on top of fees and fines for every single little thing they can punish you for. Do not look forward to getting your security deposit back because the will rent you a barely liveable apartment (for at least 1600 for a one bedroom) and be mad when you return them a …. Barely livable apartment. I would not recommend ever renting a property from this place. The few workers I interacted with were fine but the company as a whole is only interested in extracting the maximum amount of money out of you and they will provide sub standard living in exchange. DO NOT RENT!

The maintenance team is always responsive and helpful they come out quickly and take care of any issues in the building without delay. Taylor in the office has been nothing but accommodating anytime I’ve called. It’s clear they truly care about the residents and making sure everything runs smoothly. The neighborhood is friendly, and the neighbors are as well, which makes it feel like a comfortable place to live. Having a reserved parking spot is also a huge plus and makes things so much easier day to day. Overall, it’s been a positive experience living here, and I would definitely recommend it.

Experiencia fantástica: I've been a tenant with CCM Rentals for over seven years, and my experience has been consistently excellent. All of their management team has been great to deal with. Everyone in the office is very responsive and has always quickly answered any questions I've had. Some of the friendliest people you will meet as well. The maintenance team immediately addresses any concerns I have brought up. They are even on top of preventative maintenance at the property, so I almost never need anything to be fixed. They use AppFolio, so paying rent, renewing a lease, or requesting maintenance is all easily done online. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and professional rental experience.

Experiencia fantástica: I just moved in to CCM rentals and it’s only been 2 weeks and let me tell you; Taylor is helpful and an amazing person, she greeted me and met me in person when she showed me an apartment. She did my apartment application so quick that I was shocked and I was able to officially moved in by 2/1. Whenever I have a question she’s the best person to go to, because she works with you and she’s a very understandable person. Also, CCM Rentals are pet friendly and Mike the maintenance is the best; Him and Taylor took good care of me today when I had an issue with the stove and refrigerator.

Experiencia fantástica: Ive lived in a ccm rental for a few years with my mother and her husband while I went to school. Brought my husband over from Australia and we were comphy cozy in that apartment so when we moved out we stuck with CCM and moved into an apartment in the same complex. Now I live feet away from my mother and my husband and I couldnt be happier. Maintenance is quick to respond and very polite, good laughs too. The manager Taylor is genuinely one of the nicest people ive ever met. She came to show me one of the rentals the same day I asked about them! The apartment that I live in is quiet and peaceful neighbors are lovely and the walls are pretty thick so I dont hear much of the outside world with the windows closed! The apartments are pet friendly, and Maintenance seems to love animals so thats a huge plus for me!

Experiencia fantástica: Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working on many projects for CCM rentals from roof replacements to deck replacements interior work. I’ve always been a very pleased with their Level of communication and professionalism. I’ve worked with other companies similar, but CCM rentals is by far the best in my opinion. In all my experiences, they have shown that they truly care about their properties and their tenants myself and my company WiseGuard Roofing looks forward to more projects with them in the future.

Experiencia fantástica: I have lived here for two months now and it has been the most refreshing experience dealing with this company. Ive always had crappy maintenance guys or other tenants who would do the work never a company. I felt like a pain when I moved in, because I had so many maintenance requests. This was not the case, Taylor made me feel so welcome and heard and she got everything fixed immediately. She has been extremely transparent and is always keeping me in the loop with anything that is happening with my unit in a timely manner as well! They are continuing to fix my unit and it really has been a great experience thus far! Highly recommend.

When they found out I was now living alone in a 2 bedroom, they suggested a smaller unit in the same building that would help me stay current with my rent. Still had problems with toilet. Mike volunteered to come over on his own time to take a look and now it works perfect. Just one example of how all of them go above and beyond for their tenants. Experiencia fantástica: This is the best company I've ever rented with hands down. Management is responsive and they actually listen! It's easy to get in contact with them and I've never had to wait longer than a day for a response and every question or request I have always get addressed. Mike was the realtor who helped me with the move in process and I've never had a realtor help me as much as he did, saying they go above and beyond is an understatement. Very pleased with how everything here is run and I'd recommend this place to anyone.

The apartment prices are far better than one could ever ask for, the Whitinsville location is nice and cozy with incredibly friendly neighbors, and there are businesses all over the area despite the apartments maintaining a peaceful, quiet vibe. The property manager, Taylor, is so friendly and accommodating, I cannot speak highly enough of her. With the difficulty that people have nowadays with finding an affordable apartment and landlords who care about your needs, CCM Rentals is the absolute perfect solution, and I am so incredibly thankful for their continued hospitality and services!

Experiencia negativa: Edited for owner: I think you're confused because this happened twice. The first time a showing was scheduled for pickering street and no one showed up making us wait over an hour, all calls and texts going unanswered. Second time I tried to set something up you guys responded (at this time I didn't know you were the same rental company, so that was my mistake) and asked my availability and then never got back to me again So that's how a showing was scheduled and no one responded to my availability. Went to view an apartment and no one showed up after an hour. Multiple calls and texts went unanswered. My roommate got a text a few days later asking what we thought of the apartment and if we had any questions??? Let them know no one showed up and we were no longer interested. The reply was not an apology but rather an ok, well I hope you have a great one type deal. Huh?? So rude and unprofessional. Now this is the bread and butter; what caused me to write this review after about 2 months: Fast forward and I'm still looking for an apartment, albeit with a different roomate. I messaged about an apartment and got a reply back from CCM pretty fast and I filled out the prescreening. They asked when I was available and I let them know days/times and then...nothing! They ghosted. I didn't even know it was the same place as my friend didn't mention the rental company, but rather the person who was supposed to meet us. I have excellent credit, make all requirements and yet nothing. Ghosted twice. In hindsight, I'm thankful no one showed up.

Experiencia negativa: This place is a joke lived there for four years they’ve done absolutely nothing. The people that lived in there before through parties 12 1 o’clock at night. I had to call please several different times I was going through chemotherapy and they wouldn’t do anything. The property is nasty they let dogs out they’re crapping all over the rocks. They don’t clean nothing up maintenance man spitz luggies all over the front porch. I asked them to have him stop and he still continues to do it. They talk about my dogs which are on the lease. Had to fight with them because they kept saying my dogs weren’t on the lease so finally the manager went back and found the original lease and found out the dogs were on there didn’t say sorry or nothing from everything they put me through And now they’re continuing to message me telling me that I need to keep my dogs quiet because the people downstairs it’s like they’re playing and then after 6 o’clock at night everybody’s in bed and they still saying we’re making noise One is a service dog and there’s people in there that has chows two of them and then another guy has three bullies. It’s not a good place to live. So glad we’re moving. After four years had enough.

Experiencia positiva: Pros: - Very quick application process. I was able to tour/apply/move in in > 1 week. - Property manager was receptive to concerns about fellow tenants. She took commensurate action in a timely manner. - Reasonably priced rentals. - Property manager worked with/around personal circumstances. Cons: - Maintenance could be better. Some of it was likely a byproduct of understaffing. However, the remaining shortcomings were the result of maintenance personnel simply not following up on unfinished work.

Experiencia negativa: Took two weeks to give me a answer kept saying call tomorrow call tomorrow I met all requirements but somehow I didn't get the apartment when we originally applied for a different place and your rep told me that'll were the first ones to apply and well get it as long as we provide what we provided so dont call em if your urgently looking for a place they'll just string you along its disgusting what the market is and how we get treated

The application process was straightforward. Taylor set up showings so a local family member could scout and video chat with me. It was stressful trying to sort out things remotely, but CCM helped make it easier! Great communication and customer service!

Experiencia negativa: They are slumlords, not landlords. We lived there for years and nothing was fixed. We had water damage showing through the walls for months and they never fixed it. The water damage caused electrical problems and they never had a certified electrician come, just someone they knew. The laundry room is a joke. The machines would take our money but they wouldn't reimburse us. I feel bad for the next residents. This rental company is terrible.

We came with our Belongings in. A Uhaul truck. Had No where to live, relocating from Providence RI... We Did the Application, with in 2 days we Had. A Place to call Home Again. And Since Then Have Been living here. Never Once Have Had a Problem. Minor issues, but one call and The Office Would Send Someone to take care of it. Teresa is The New Office Manager, and Has been Nothing but Nice to My Husband and My self. Also, The Gentlemen They Have As Property Maintenance guys. Are Awesome. Experiencia positiva: Prior to my latest review I recieved a phone call from the property manager Teresa. Minus the issues with the other people, she has done everything she can to help us. She moved us up to a better unit when we were having issues with sleeping etc. She’s very respectful and will do what’s in her power to make things satisfactory and reassure you that there’s options. Experiencia negativa: Where do I begin!? Anyone reading this honestly it’s a warning these people are the worst, they don’t care about none of their tenants. They charge you hidden fees for things they are responsible to take care of, they never make any actual attempts to fix anything, but they’re always available for receiving rent payments. They are very unprofessional. How are they still in business is beyond me. They are a very bad company to invest your money into, save all of your emails and any type of info you have when dealing with CCM rentals.They are scam artists. If you are considering moving with them then good luck honestly I wouldn’t suggest it.

Experiencia negativa: Absolutely unprofessional. We were working with this agency to relocate a tenant. The process they have you go through is a mess. Futhermore they tell me our $1,800 check has to be a money order last minute when my boss is in Florida. We had previously paid the deposit with the same kind of check and that was fine. We were notified the qualifications for the rent check would be different. Also if notified prior we could have waited the 10 days (supposedly) it took for the check to clear. The manager Teresa's reasoning? They were in touch with the tenant. Would really make sense if you notified the company paying of what is expected when making payment. I would avoid this rental company at all costs.
