Experiencia positiva: I had chosen Miranda to be my realtor as she had good reviews. I ran into quite a few obstacles and/or excuses. Didn't want me to rent because ... Didn't want to do an open house because ... Had a handyman, advised he was deported 2/3 days before my closing so asked me to take the price down, whereas I could have made arrangements to have someone come fix what the buyer wanted completed. So, in the end, I took the loss, she got her hefty commission though and I'm sure she believes she deserved it.
