Experiencia negativa: On Monday, July 1, I reached out to Brianna Brown to request a tour of a property in Gautier. She told me that the property would be available to tour on Tuesday, July 2. On Tuesday afternoon, she told me that the listing did not have a lock box and the tour would have to be moved to Wednesday afternoon. On Wednesday, she called me and explained that “she had gotten the apartment and mailbox keys mixed up” and was subsequently locked out of the apartment. She also mentioned that the property’s HOA would give her access to the apartment the following morning and she promised to let me tour. The next morning came and I haven’t heard from her since. On our call Wednesday, she insisted that she “wasn’t trying to keep” me and my fiancé from touring the apartment but her actions make us feel otherwise. Since the lockout occurred on the day before July 4, I would have understood if she didn’t follow up with us until the next day but we still haven’t received any communication from her. My fiancé and I have been nothing but understanding and willing to work with her schedule despite our own tight schedules due to work and travel. Overall, the lack of communication and unprofessionalism that we have experienced has been off-putting.

Experiencia negativa: Brianna Brown is not a trustworthy person. I gave her an offer on a house her client accepted the offer. I asked her for the paperwork which she finally sent out Monday night late. Text her Tuesday morning that I had to work and would fill out the paperwork after I get out of work. I wanted the house. Fill out my paperwork after work on Tuesday. I text her that I filled out the paperwork and asked how am I going to give her the money. She informs me she sold the house 30 minutes ago. There were no other offers on the house when we started this on Monday morning. Her client signed the document stating that she accepted my offer. She is not honest, trustworthy or capable as far as I am concerned. I am not interested in doing business with her or her company.
