We have had many question about the functions, problems, and or concerns since we moved. Mike has always picked up our call and addressed anything with undying patience. Our contractor was not involved after the sale but Mike was by our side anytime we needed help. He took it upon himself to install smoke alarms for our safety without being asked to do so. He gave us a wonderful knife with Keller Williams engraved on the stainless blade. I use it constantly and think of his kindness during and after our move. I don't know who else we could turn to that has the answers or will find the answers to our issues. My family lived in our former house for 44 years.
