Experiencia fantástica: I’m giving my highest recommendation to Greg Robinson of Oak & Sage Realty. He is an outstanding human and I couldn’t have found a better realtor. I met him viewing a multifamily property I wanted really really bad, and I asked him to represent me, too. Sometimes you just get that trustworthy vibe about someone and I didn’t hesitate. He was so helpful, honest, accessible, kind, knowledgeable, and patient. When my funding fell through he stuck by me, encouraging me not to give up, that I had options and helped me find another way. Our communication, many times a day during Memorial Day weekend, confirmed he cared about the relationship more than the deal. And when the city offices opened back up, it was a zoning conflict that killed my plans. Looking back, I’m certain that God sent the ideal agent intending for me to have this growth experience, instead of the property. I wasn’t ready, not yet. But I’ll get one next time, with Greg by my side!

Experiencia fantástica: Greg is probably one of the finest guys you'll ever come across when you want to buy a house. We were not at all knowledgeable about home purchases and selling. Greg walked us through every house that we were interested in, he was never hesitant or judgmental about us. He had all the enthusiasm on the planet as a realtor. We visited 14 houses in 10 days with him. When he accompanies you to look at a house, he looks for all the details in the house and will suggest you a price, and he always was right. In fact we lost the first house because we did not want to price the house that he suggested. Later we found our dream house and wanted to own it at any cost, Greg made some special suggestions/strategies (i cannot spill all the beans here, you have to work with him to know the secrets....sorry) and we got the house even though there were other parties (22 bids) and some of them over-bid us. We love the house so much and we never wanted to miss it, Greg made sure that we got it. He is now, more than a realtor (he eventually became a very good friend). We not only like him but have a lot of respect for him. If i have taken my time to write a long review for him, then, it better be worth it :)
