Experiencia fantástica: So many thanks to Lisa and Rachel from Century21 icon! My brother and I were selling our parents home of 60 years long distance and were overwhelmed. The two came to the house on a winter Sunday chatted with us about not just putting it on the market but also so many other arrangements, like an estate sale and clean out, and ideas for helping aging parents. They quickly felt like friends and behaved that way through the sale and beyond. Lisa lovingly took on that task, was available constantly, and frequently reached out to ask how we were doing as well as discussing next steps. The weekend of open houses was incredibly full, there were many offers, and we received significantly over asking. I couldn’t have asked for more in this experience and will be forever grateful.

Our last rental ended very abruptly, but Steven listened to our story and was so understanding and kind throughout the process. In no time he set up a rental search and was quick to respond with any questions we had. Once we found a rental, Steven was able to set up a viewing and contact the listing agent with no hesitation. His expertise with rentals made the entire process stress-free from start to finish. We intend on using him again for our future housing endeavors and would recommend him to anyone looking for real estate agent.

He truly cares for his borrowers, as well as his team that he partners with on the deal. I worked with Steven a few times as a lender, assisting with Open Houses and in providing lending to our buyer. The deal went very smoothly. Experiencia fantástica: Andrew 'Naka' Nanayakkara was our real estate agent with Icon Properties and he was by far the best agent we encountered. Communication was really fast and clear, and he went above and beyond to help us. We lived in Jersey City and had no car so he was great with picking us up and taking us all over Long Island to see houses in one of the most competitive housing markets ever. There was never any issue with paperwork, communication with the sellers, everything was always taken care of perfectly. I really felt like a VIP with Naka as my real estate agent. Anyone trying to get a property in the New York area should use Naka as their real estate agent.

Raquel’s drive and enthusiasm sold me - the first time I met her. With COVID making my life working out of state as an essential worker more challenging, Raquel was respectful of my time and needs and responded quickly and appropriately. When I asked for a home Inspection to be done at an exact time the next day, Raquel accommodated that request . Her strategy for selling the house resulted in 2 full price offers and 1 offer 15K over list on day 1. After 5 days, 10 offers and a bidding war, I accepted an offer $27,000 above asking. I would highly recommend Raquel.
