Because in the seven years I had lived there, hers was the name I saw consistently in my mailbox. I thought that if I knew her name when I was not interested in selling or buying, she really must be good at getting her name and her sales out there! I was not disappointed! I called Debbie and left a message. When she called me back from poolside where she was on vacation, I knew she was committed to her job! I am extremely proud of the professionalism in which Debbie followed our wishes and how she handled the deplorable situation. Per our contractual agreement, we requested that ALL buyers provide either pre-approval or proof of funds, which is common practice for such a significant purchase. Unfortunately, this young person and baby brother showed up playing on our property and pool area (not safe) during our open house. He was politely (and appropriately) asked who he was with and later about his pre-approval or proof-of-funds. Sadly, he thought it was acceptable to harass, make a scene on our property and bully our agent (which continues).
