Experiencia negativa: Kasey Garces is not equipped to be within her field of work. She has demonstrated to me she is unorganized, uninformed, and unprofessional. Accompanying all those failures she's also rude and communicated with me like I was talking to a teenager- I was surprised to educate myself and see Luis is her husband and shes worked with this company as long as she has! It takes little effort to do what her job requires yet she fails and stumbles in attempting.. texting in meltdowns and confusion. Ran into this company by chance and I'm not impressed

Experiencia negativa: Kasey Garces is not a very good realtor, her behavior is embarassing.. she doesn't know how to gather information and simply give it to interested clients. I can understand why she's frustrated with her lack of skill and experience but throwing tantrums on applicants? Not good for business..

Experiencia negativa: Kasey was not very professional nor gathered in her communicating to me regarding a unit. Can't say I've ever experienced a realtor behave in such a manner! She assumed my relative blocked her and continued to text each of my relatives separately regarding a unit (while writing in caps lol), she initially said we were accepted for a unit and that they accept dogs (the assurance for which I then applied for the unit) then pulls back and says the homeowner doesn't allow dogs.. even though the posting says otherwise and the price for the unit also changed 3 times within a one month period (275 Linden Ave Apt 2 Jersey City, NJ). Four people paid for applying to this unit and she gave me 27 different stories about this unit all the while. She texts me this morning, two days after rejecting me for this unit and says: "August or September which is it?", in reference to a move-in date. Her husband was respectful when I notified him of why I was declining the unit, I have no interest in conducting business with children- I'm aware its jersey city.. but oh boy! Lmaoo

After being scammed in the past, I was nervous and hesitant—but Julio changed everything. From the very beginning, he was patient, understanding, and incredibly reassuring. Experiencia fantástica: Kasey and her husband Luiz were a powerhouse duo. Kasey was extremely responsive and knowledgeable. She understood my needs quickly and curated a list of showings that suited me. I needed to move very quickly and in 1 week she got me in to see almost a dozen apartments I think. She was unable to meet me herself so her husband stepped in to do the physical work of the showings. Luiz was awesome! Easy to talk to, and down to earth. He understood my needs and my reactions really really quickly. He was helpful and gave his honest opinions and even said he thinks a couple buildings I picked to see wouldn’t be something I’d go for, and man he was right! In the end I was able to narrow it down, and went with a choice Kasey picked for me early on. Funny how accurate she was! As I was signing on, she was extremely helpful and supportive, acting as a go between for me and the property, and she advocated heavily for me to make sure I was taken care of. She even taught me how to respond and message management to advocate for myself, as she knew it was my first time renting. I really recommend this team!

Experiencia negativa: I recently viewed an apartment in Harrison that was listed for $1775. After the viewing, I was told that if I moved in by January 1, the rent would be lowered to $1650. I immediately submitted my application, but shortly after, the agent, Kasey Garces, informed me that they had received an offer for $1800. She then told me that if I still wanted the apartment, I would have to pay the original price of $1775, even though I was previously promised the $1650 rate. While I might have considered paying the $1775, the timing felt suspicious, especially since this change was communicated after I had already paid for the application. I reached out to the company via email and left a message on Instagram, but I haven't received any response. This situation feels unethical and raises concerns about the process.

Experiencia negativa: The real state were kind people who helped me find a home. Unfortunately I can’t say the same about the owners, they are the most fraudulent thing they can have, I’ve been 6 months and they still haven’t returned my deposit that I gave to be able to have the apartment. I had to call the police because they treated me as if I was borrowing money from them. So I do not recommend renting in these apartments with people like them or if they are going to rent to live the last days of the deposit. They spend the deposit money and then they have no way to return it

She showed me many different apartments and when I wasn’t connecting to any of them she was very sweet and patient with me. she listened to me and understood what I was looking for for my ideal home. She definitely nailed my style and got everything in my list for my home. Absolutely best realtor, I was very satisfied with the service she provided.

Experiencia negativa: I think this is by far the worst experience I've had with a realtor. I have worked with several realtors in the past but none of them were as unprofessional as Kasey Graces. She agreed to a move in date which she changed after we applied. While negotiating the rent she said we'd get a free month and frankly that was the only selling point about the house that we liked and she changed it after we applied. We wouldn't have applied if she had not agreed to the deal. She explicitly said there would be no broker fees on our end but made up a ridiculous deal to get us to pay the broker fees after we applied. She also made some very aggressive and frankly very unprofessional comments such as "You guys are dumb" followed with "Good luck finding an apartment" and some other sarcastic comments when I confronted her. I thought about launching an official complaint against her with the realtor agency for her behavior but after looking at the other remarks against her here and the owner's response to them, it is evident that this is not the first time Kasey has behaved like this and CityLiving Realtor didn't do anything about it. I can post screenshots of the conversation here as a proof but would like the owner's consent first.

He dedicated his time and efforts in helping me through this arduous process and in the end he succeeded and found me the apartment I had been wanting in just a short period of time!! I’m extremely thankful to Joe and the CityLiving Realtors team! I would highly recommend their business to anyone looking to rent/buy/sell. They also speak Spanish which is an added bonus. 5+ stars!

We viewed an apartment in Jersey, paid the application fee and were instantly blocked. We have no idea what happened. We tried to contact the agency and received no response. Not sure what happened but they have not contacted us to explain

We video called for the tour, and got a very good impression of her immediately (not to mention the apartment was perfect for me).
