I have had some really bad realtor experiences in Williamsburg in the past and she was a breath of fresh air. I saw her comment on a Facebook post about her sales record, under contract in less than 30 days and the buyers got asking price in all but one which was only nominally less. That’s what we all want, right? Asking price and off the market quickly? She delivered for us as we received our asking price and we were under contract in a week! She will tell it like it is and that is what everyone selling a home needs. We listened to her suggestions and all went smoothly (the parts she could control). Highly recommend. Experiencia negativa: We spoke to Ms. Archibald in reference to a property we were interested in in Williamsburg. She arrived at the property on time but did not seem very interested in showing us the property. After a short time she seemed distracted and began talking about her personal life of how she was going through a separation/divorce with her husband, dealing with her children and complaining about where she lived. We have read the reviews submitted here and many of them seem like they were written by the same person. Unfortunately, we would not recommend using this realtor for your property needs.
