Experiencia negativa: My experience with Ms. Olyvia Salyer with Berkshire Hathaway was dreadful. Oddly, she was quite kind before I signed the contract, but her attitude shifted afterward. She would hurry me during calls and talked very disrespectfully to me. It was hard to believe she was the same person I had hired just a week prior. Consequently, I emailed Olyvia to terminate the contract. It took her about 11 hours to release me, and she wouldn't reply to any of my emails or texts about the delay. I reached out to her broker, Amerika Davis, also with no response. Eventually, Olyvia sent the release form and freed me from the contract. The following day (after I was released), her broker, Amerika Davis now sent me an offensive text. I warned her that any further contact would lead me to report harassment to the police and requested no more communication. So, even her broker, Ms. Davis, was impolite. Therefore, I cannot recommend Berkshire Hathaway in the Williamsburg, VA, and Chesapeake area. They were unprofessional and only courteous when securing my business. I don’t think Ms. Davis knows that her company can get in trouble for her actions.

Olyvia set up a pre-inspection and gave my family excellent advise on staging the house for listing. Experiencia fantástica: What can we say about Olyvia? There is so much! As a military family returning from overseas during the pandemic, Olyvia was pivotal in our transition back stateside.
