Experiencia fantástica: I listed my house in Milwaukee with Christian Anderson. When I interviewed Christian he came to my house prepared. He had a market analysis for 1/4 mile radius. A break down of taxes, title, commission and miscellaneous charges. Then my final take away of the sale of my home. He also had a plan. List it on Thursday have an open house the first weekend. Christian had a solid buyer that first weekend. He did an amazing job. Very personable and easy to work with. Kept me posted throughout the process from beginning to the end.

Experiencia negativa: Imagine purchasing your very first home after several years of turmoil and loss and walking in the evening after you closed to a revolting and filthy property that you were assured was cleaned by the listing agent. Walking into a property that was 83 degrees smelling like dog with flithy floors and carpets, dirty sinks, a nearly new oven that is covered in grime, and a mold infested fridge because the seller had the power turned off 12 days prior to close. I would NEVER in a million years recommend working with Nicole Bruckner because it appears she is willing to lie to complete a sale. We were assured after our walk through that the property would be cleaned. Items attached to to walls were removed and items (broken shelving) we requested be removed were left. This is the worst experience I've had in real esate, especially in a time when sanitation and cleanliness are a priority. The property looks like a foreclosure gone wrong. Welcome home to me and my kid I guess.
