I sent a referral to Kevin for a senior citizen selling their condo that needed much work and hand holding. I knew Kevin would tell her exactly what to do to get it sold without putting several thousand into the listing. Kevin actually went to her condo and called a carpet company to measure the carpet in the rooms and the kitchen floor and helped her pick out the flooring to make the place look presentable. Closer to listing the condo; Kevin had to actually go over and help her clean up the condo, he also brought in the help of his daughter. I was very impressed with all the extras he did to assure her the highest and most fair price she could get. Upon an accepting offer, the seller was very overwhelmed being by herself and some physical challenges, Kevin actually helped her pack and clean up the place. I’m proud to call Kevin Nash my friend whom I met through community involvement in Germantown.
