We were very inexperienced in both selling our home in Menomonie and finding and purchasing a condo in Eau Claire. We were blessed to have had Jill guide us through it all. For two years Jill was patient, knowledgeable, very professional, and always available to help us find our perfect condo in a highly sought after neighborhood. Her advice in selling our home was spot on. She gave us much information on how to get the best price. It sold in a week. When touring condos she'd ask questions like; How much privacy do you want on your deck? She encouraged us to find the best place for us and not to rush into purchasing. After looking at a few listings, she showed me a home that was one of Rassbachs listings. I was told in the past that buying a realtor's listing can sometimes be detrimental to your experience. I informed Jill of my concerns, and after discussing it with her, I felt that she did have my best interests at heart! Glad I did! I love the house!! I didn't know what to expect from a realtor as this was my first time buying a house, and until then all I had dealt with was people trying to pitch me their rental properties. I was expecting someone, pushy, impatient, and desperate to get me to sign on the dotted line as fast as possible. Jill was far from that. She was very open about her thoughts on the houses we looked at, and when I was even nervous to mention negative thoughts about a place, she was right there pointing out other issues I didn't even think to look for. I didn't feel rushed or pressured when I finally found the right house, and it was thanks to Jill's hunting and support. At the end of the day I thought working with a realtor would be like working with a salesperson, but with Jill it felt like she really cared and wanted to make sure I put a bid on a place that I loved, and nothing less than that. If I ever have to deal with another realtor in the future, she has set the bar higher than I realized it could go.

The Bank Manager looked at me and said did you find a place that you like to buy? I said No, I want to know how much you can lend me so I can look for the house. The Manager smiled and asked me to go and meet a realtor. As I was new to US and new to the town, I again asked the Manager, is there anyone she could recommend, she said Jill. That is how I met Jill. Jill explained to me how to buy a house, she took me around many houses and in one month - say around June 2010 I became a house owner. Jill is a great Realtor to work with. She is easy to access, understood my wants and recommended the houses that are best suitable to me. Every house I saw with her is equally good and met my wants.
