Experiencia fantástica: I had a vacation home in Eau Claire that needed to be sold because of a very ugly divorce. I really did not know many people in the area, so I went to the internet to search for an agent. I called a dozen agents and Charlie was the only one who responded immediately. Over the course of several days, a couple other agents did respond, but none of the other agents impressed me like Charlie did. Charlie is a full-time active agent, not someone who was “Dabbling” in real estate part time. Needless to say, I was impressed with his knowledge of the local market. I am a 30-year seasoned real estate investor, so I could sniff out someone who was faking it. Additionally, I had to disclose to him that my ex was probably going to try reaching out to him, and she was an EXCEEDINGLY difficult person to deal with. He took on the challenge and was very professional about the situation. We listed the property and immediately started getting several offers, went under contract and then that deal fell through. Grandfathered Septic system killed the deal. We went back on the market, under contract again. and then that deal fell through. 3rd time is a charm as they say. Under contract again. This time it stuck. We had to coordinate the installation of a new septic system, and there were a couple of repairs that needed to be made, yet I was out of state. Charlie took it upon himself to jump right in and take the reins. He coordinated the septic install and even did some of the minor repairs himself… I cannot say how thankful I am that none of these other agents responded. I do not think any of them would have jumped in as Charlie did. For all these reasons, I give Charlie Tiffany a 5 Star Rating!! If you are looking for an honest, hardworking, knowledgeable, professional, responsive, and dedicated full-time agent. Do not hesitate in calling him. William J. Acres.
